Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All offers of shipping by NCC MedTech are in courtesy and not a condition sale.
NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT your PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY OR NOT AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR A PACKAGE AND YOU RETURN TO US RETURN RE-SENDER DUE TO LACK OF AVAILABILITY: WE WILL DEDUCT THE COST OF ORIGINAL SHIPPING AND THE RETURN SHIPPING FROM YOUR PURCHASE. THIS ‘DOES NOT APPLY TO DAMAGED SHIPPING THAT IS NOTED ON THE PACKAGE.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NEVER FREE: Not available for Large items or items valued over USD 1,000. Import charges/taxes/duties and shipping/handling are paid by the buyer

CARRIER:
Shipping times are “estimated” and have many factors that are out of our control. The delivery time frame is determined by delivery couriers, USPS, UPS, FedEX, and Freight Carriers which are subject to but not limited to service, weather, country/state impacts, holidays, customs, international travel, and any other delays that are beyond our control. We process and ship within 3 days of handling/packing time, and we upload tracking numbers upon payment.
The carrier services we use have some restrictions and policies that are out of our control, see their website for clarification. Tracking information methods vary per carrier, we will supply such information if applicable and available.

Shipping & Handling charges:
-Inside the Continental USA, the Shipping & Handling is posted in the shipping & handling section of the listing area.
-Outside of the Lower 48 Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, and all shipping to all International locations may require Custome Duties and Tarrif/Taves. All international buyers need to contact laws for foreign purchases.
All known Extra charges are posted in the International Shipping & Handling section of the listing area if applicable.
SHIPPING TIMES:
USPS: Monday thru Friday 9 am till 2 pm EST; excluding recognized holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
UPS, FedEx, and Freight Line: Monday Thru Friday 9 am to 2 pm EST, excluding recognized holidays
We pack with TLC, and our shipping is Extremely Fast, and efficient. As soon as your payment is received, processed, and cleared, we process your purchased item within 48 hours (excluding the holiday or weekends)
Exclusions: shipping enforcements:
UPS will NOT deliver NO P.O. Boxes or AFO/APO addresses.
TRACKING INFORMATION:
UPS/FedEx Freight: Tracking #s/ information is provided and will be sent to you as soon as shipping is completed. Please visit UPS.Com or FedEx.com to track your package. If applicable, Freight info will also be supplied for the track.
USPS: Confirmation #s/ information is provided and will be sent to you as soon as it ships. Please visit USPS.com for tracking confirmation of your package.
